If two sheets of glass, separated by an air space, were used to cover the collector, Would this make the collector work better? Why or Why not?
YES
It will improve the collector by allowing even less heat to escape through the glass. Since air is a poor conductor of heat, the air space between the glass panels will act as insulation to prevent heat loss through the glass.
